Hi — welcome to our club!

The South Brighton Badminton Club in Christchurch welcomes people of all ages and standards, whether you want to play competitively or just for fun.

Club nights are Wednesday evenings, with juniors (under 16 years) playing from 6:30 to 7:30pm and seniors from 7:30 to 9:30pm.

Pre-season games commence on the last Wednesday of February at Badminton Hall, Pages Road, with club games commencing on the first Wednesday of April at the Aranui High School gymnasium in Breezes Road, Christchurch.

Pre-season fees are: $4 per evening. Club fees are: juniors - $2 per evening or $45 per season. Senior fees are: singles - $90 and couples - $170 per season, casual players - $4 per evening. For new members, the first two evenings are free.

There are a number of rackets available for members to use and feather shuttlecocks provided.
